Jenna Shaw, LMBT NC 19841

Jenna completed training in Asheville NC at The Center for Massage and Natural Health. Her style is slow, intuitive and deep, using long slow strokes to activate the parasympathetic nervous system and fully relax the body. Jenna is trained in Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, cupping, and Ashiatsu. She views the body as an interconnected whole and strives to restore balance and fluidity to your body and movements.

Jenna's philosophy is that pain in one area of the body often stems from imbalances elsewhere. For example, tightness in the front of the body can manifest as discomfort in the back, and vice versa. By addressing these imbalances, she works to alleviate discomfort and enhance overall well-being. Each body is different, so you can expect your massage to be curated to your body and your needs in that moment.

Sarah Mack, LMBT NC 22460

Sarah's journey into massage therapy began with her own healing. A former body artist from Florida, she developed chronic hand pain from a repetitive strain injury — a challenge that deeply impacted her quality of life. It wasn’t until she began receiving regular massage therapy that she found lasting relief. The experience was so transformative, she felt called to help others find the same kind of healing. Sarah trained at the Western North Carolina School of Massage, focusing on Neuromuscular Therapy and Swedish techniques. Driven to deepen her skills, she later traveled to Hawaii to study Ashiatsu, a barefoot massage modality known for its deep, therapeutic pressure. Now based in the Blue Ridge Mountains, Sarah offers personalized one-on-one sessions that blend clinical precision with relaxation. Her work emphasizes open communication throughout each session to ensure clients receive exactly the relief they need. She’s passionate about making therapeutic massage accessible, and is happy to work with clients to find pricing that fits their budget.

Chy Bryant, LMBT NC 16402

Chy Bryant is an LMBT whose entire life has evolved around one simple desire: to care for those around her. She became a massage therapist because she knows that everyone has experienced their own personal traumas - whether they are injuries, heartbreaks, addictions, mental illnesses, or the exhausting daily grind of existing in a world that is often unkind to us. Chy believes that massage is a powerful way to facilitate healing in our physical and emotional bodies, and that few of us receive the amount of compassionate and attentive touch we deserve in order to feel connected to ourselves and to our world.

When you book a session with Chy, she addresses not only the physical pain and tension you're experiencing, but also how to ease those burdens from your body and assists you in letting them go. Every massage she gives is unique to your body's needs, drawing from a variety of techniques across over a dozen modalities of bodywork that she has studied since beginning her education in 2017.

Chy helps her clients achieve profound relaxation with her intuitive and experienced touch, specializing in neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue massage, and Thai yoga bodywork. She is internationally trained, trauma-informed, kind, compassionate, and capable of both a feather soft touch as well as strong, deep pressure. Whatever your needs may be, Chy promises to deliver the sanctuary of healing you are seeking.

Bookings are made through text to (828)-406-2825, available Mondays - Thursdays with start times between 3:30pm-8pm.

Brittany Wells, LMBT NC 15724

Brittany Wells brings over a decade of experience to her massage practice, blending technical skill with intuitive, grounded care. In addition to traditional massage and Thai bodywork, she specializes in Ashiatsu, a deep tissue technique where she uses her feet—supported by overhead bars and cloth drapes—to apply slow, gravity-assisted compression for powerful muscular release.

Brittany graduated in 2013 from Cortiva Institute in Pennsylvania and fell in love with Ashiatsu shortly after moving to North Carolina in 2016.  She’s known for offering this work not only in-office but also at festivals and outdoor events, where she sets up her portable bars and brings healing to people in natural, joyful settings.

Brittany believes deeply in the body’s capacity to heal. One transformative moment in her career was helping a client regain mobility years after a stroke—a reminder of the profound impact therapeutic touch can have. Brittany's motto: “We only have one body—let’s take care of it.”

When she’s not working, Brittany loves connecting on the dance floor, spending time in nature, and building community with other healers.

IridessaLMT NC 16372

In 2013, I found myself crashed into the snow on the side of a steep mountain after a skiing accident. I had broken my tibia at the crown, and damaged all the soft connective tissue holding my knee. Despite this being an 'unfortunate' (and painful!) experience in some ways, it also has brought me exquisite blessings in the forms of deepened compassion for others' traumas, deepened gratitude for the exuberance of a thoroughly-lived life, and ultimately a fulfilling, dharmic career path.

The first time I received massage therapy, it was for my knee, about 2 years after the accident. The relief I felt was far more profound than any other method I had tried. I became incredibly inspired to help other people reactivate their bodies with this modality of healing work. For the last 8 years, I have specialized in deep tissue neuromuscular therapy in order to alleviate chronic pain post-injury.

A huge piece of my purpose on this planet has evolved into providing my services of presence and care coupled with well-practiced skillsets that assist people in regaining their physical ability to engage with our Earth in ways that feel most exciting for them. When we are free from pain, we can immerse ourselves fully embodied in the most sacred dances humankind knows - play. I am here to support healing in any way that promotes joy - Internally, externally, individually and collectively.
